We specialise in traditional Swiss cooking: Zurich ‘Geschnetzeltes’, veal cordon bleu and Swiss-style meatloaf are our menu perennials. At the heart of our Swiss à la carte dishes are regional and seasonal products from sustainable sources: in spring, we’re all about asparagus; in summer, it’s a symphony of strawberries; and in autumn, we serve chestnuts. We also like to pass on our love of nature to our guests: visitors to our herb garden can learn all about the world of herbs from one of our chefs, or you can simply enjoy a herbal tea made with fresh peppermint from our own garden. And on our wine list you’ll also find plenty of bottles from the surrounding area. What could be nicer than enjoying a good glass of wine from a local producer?
